Busy day for us today

So this morning we had the most amazing hour with poet Greg OConnell.  His interactive poetry was incredible and very inspiring.  Then we had a writing session with Greg where we began the process of writing a poem ourselves.  Later we had athletics training with Anita and Keeping Ourselves Safe with with the police.  Phew!
