Eve's Spider Dog Arguement

I think the spider dog prank is cruel to humans and is a terrible prank because when you watch it you see all these people being fooled by a dog dressed up like a spider. Imagine if you were walking in the park and saw this huge spider web then suddenly a spider came and ran up to you. Wouldn't you be scared? You could have a heart attack or even worse wet your pants.
What if you were in a wheel chair or crutches, you couldn't run away and it would be so terrifying you might never go outside ever again.
This prank is so hideous that it will probably make people scared of the dark or scared of spiders.
Therefore people, block this block this video from YouTube now, it's mean, scary and cruel to people.
Eve

Sophie's Spider Dog Arguement

I think the spider dog prank is not cruel, it's funny because in movies they dress dogs up all the time for example chiwawas get dressed up in cluelees, Beverly Hills chuachua and hotel for dogs. The spider dog was smiling he looked like he was having a good time . So what the spider dogs owner in the video was a green man who only had one eye . The spider dogs feet Weren't even touching the ground and when dogs are happy they wag their tail and he did that lots. Have you ever heard a of a dog that dosent like exercise . Therefore it wasn't cruel for the spider dog .

Awatea's Speech

Kia ora
I'm Awatea Christensen and I'm here to convince you why everyone should learn Maori. Because it's fun, kapai-good for the brain, and the main culture of Aotearoa, which is New Zealand.

Tuatahi, firstly it's fun. It's fun trying to say new words for the first time as you can laugh at the way the words are pronounced, like waikikamukau. No, just joking ...what about waimimi, that's a real one.
It's sociable and you can do it with others. After a while you get used to the language.

I believe your roro (brain) makes new connections when you speak Maori. I'm telling you, give Maori a try.

Lastly Maori is normally spoken only in New Zealand. When you hear other people saying it in other countries you feel proud to be a New Zealander.

So taku hoa (my friends) - give Maori a try. Why wouldn't you? It's fun, kapai for the brain and it's super special for New Zealand.
Ka kite.

Eve's speech

Everyone should play hockey

I think everyone should play hockey because you make new friends ,it's a cooperative team sport and you get accurate with the ball. Who wouldn't want to be  accurate?

Now people I'm going to tell you how you make friends. Firstly people come from all
over Christchurch to join a club and you meet people from other schools! How cool is that?

Secondly it's a cooperative team sport. You have to work as a team and you need to think about your where you are as well as your position. That's awesome!

Imagine being accurate. You'll have great ball skill and you will be an awesome hockey player dodging, dribbling and all those type of things.

So my friends I hope you've made your mind up if your going to play, now that I've been edging you into it! You make new friends, it's a cooperative team sport and you'll get accurate.

Tom's Spider Dog Arguement

I think the spider dog prank wasn't cruel to the dog because dogs love to run around  I think he was running. When dog are happy they wage there tail he was so he's happy. He proudly just wanted to play he wasn't doing any harm so do you agree it wasn't curl to the dog.

Charlotte's Persuasive Speech

I'm going to tell you that everyone should see a live show.

Firstly it's an unusual and interesting way to tell a story, they have fantastic scenery and costumes and most importantly to enjoy the amazing singing. Who doesn't like to sing.

Now people you should see a show because the story is mainly told with music and singing, this makes the story lots of fun. Who doesn't like having fun! Also it is very interesting to read the programme and see who is acting each part and what each scene is about. This helps you understand the story better.

I believe you just have to see a live show to see the props, scenery  and costumes. The props and costumes make you feel that you are there experiencing the story for yourself, transplanting you from everyday life to another world.

Finally you must see a show to enjoy the amazing singing. Some of the songs make you feel super sad, sad enough to cry but other songs make you feel happy. The songs help you to understand the story.

I recommend that everyone should see a live show because it is exciting, interesting and fantastic.

Lachlan's Poem

Lava lightning is flowing
people screaming
dogs barking
cats meowing
buildings are falling down
cars are speeding
cops are running
 fires are bursting
