Interviews

Interviews are in week 8. School will finish at 2 pm on the Monday and Tuesday.  In order to accommodate multiple teacher interviews we have decided not to use the electronic booking system.  Instead, on the whiteboard there is a booking sheet for those children who will have more than one teacher at the interview.  Once that is sorted we will have booking sheets for those students that have single teacher interviews.  If your student doesn't appear on the list and you're unsure why, just ask one of us.  Thanks for your patience on this.

We have been getting good at doing that. 

This week, we have been reminding ourselves about a special family of words called:

                                  VERBS

These words are great to use in writing because they make writing more exciting to read when it uses more specific language. 

Verbs are doing words.

Have been reading about sport and fitness.  They complied a list of anaerobic (more slow paced) and aerobic (activity that gets the heart pumping faster) activities.

Frankincense

Today we were lucky enough to get to experience pure frankincense from Oman.  We burnt some in the burner and enjoyed the wonderful, exotic aroma.
