The Lion of Paris - Descriptive Poems

We read an amazing story today called A lion in Paris.  It's about the lion statue that was built in 1880 in Place Denfert-Rochereau. (that's very hard to pronounce!)  The children wrote descriptive poems about the lion.

siting there all Saturday morning
every year hearing the some noise
cars toting motorbikes
beeping like its never going to end

like zombies rising from the dead
