The Space Scarecrow

The Blue Balugas reading group read a story ages ago about a group of school children who created scarecrows. They used a space theme.
We decided that Ladbrooks could do with a scarecrow, perhaps to put in the vegetable patches to scare away hungry birds!
This fellow was created using some old metal Keryn had at home, some straw and old clothes kindly donated by the families of those in the group. We needed some twine to keep him together and some wood for arms. Someone brought an old ball for the head. He truly looks amazing in his red and green colour scheme with his beautiful rainbow scarf added for colour.
He certainly doesn't look like he's from around here. Perhaps he's from another planet!!!
I wonder what his planet could be called????
