I Think Gymnastics Is The Best Sport                                   Molly Sankey

I think gymnastics is the best sport and I am going to tell you why.

Firstly the best reason is because you get flexible. The more practice you do the more flexible you get. I am now able to do the splits and touch my toes with my legs straight.

Secondly you make new friends. You make friends because you work in a group. I spend time with my friends during my break.

Thirdly you get too different activities. One day you might be on the bar and the next you might be on the beam. My favourite is the bar because I get to do lots of different exercises.

Now you know why I think gymnastics is the best sport. Come on give it a try!

I think rugby is the best sport and I’m going to tell you why.

First you can score goals for your team.  You can do this by putting the ball on the try line. It is good to score lots of goals for your team.

Secondly you can improve on some of your skills. Some skills you can improve on are, dodging and passing. I improve on running and tackling.

So please, I encourage you to play rugby!

I think rats are the best pets and I’m going to tell you why you should get a  rat.

Firstly the best reason is they are friendly and they are always close to you. They run down your t-shirt.

Secondly they are soft. They are soft because of their big hairy bodies.

Thirdly they don’t take up much room.

That’s why I think rats are cool!

Firstly the main reason is it’s a safe planet because it hasn’t got to much gas like other planets do.

Secondly it has just the right amount of gravity.

I think rugby league is the best sport and these are the reasons why.

First the best thing is you are allowed to tackle. This makes your bones stronger and you use lots of energy.

Secondly you can do one on one strips where you pull the ball out of their hands.

Thirdly you can charge down another player. I like to run with the ball and score, Logans team wins!!

I think inflatable world is the best place and these are the reasons why.

First it is inflatable which means you can bounce on the castle. I like to bounce on the maze.

Secondly it is fun because they have yummy food and because I can play with Josh.

I think dogs are the best pets and these are the reasons why.

First they play with you. You can play fetch and they go for runs with you.

Secondly my dog AJ is a good guard dog. He runs up to the gate us.

Thirdly they kiss you by licking you and my dog snuggles me when I’m sad.

I think puppies are the best pets and these are the reasons why.

Firstly they are good friends and they can sleep in your bed  every night. Poppy sleeps in my bed and makes me warm.

Secondly they keep you company when you have no one to play with.

Thirdly they are cute and cuddly.

I think netball is the best sport and these are the reasons why.

Firstly when you have a friend in your netball group you can play with her after practice. For example after netball we go and play in the playground.

Secondly netball is fun and sometimes mum is my coach. Sometimes the coach says to do a lap around the court.

Thirdly I like playing netball because I can make friends from other schools as well as my own.

Firstly you can kick the ball over the post and get the points. The ball can be kicked long and high , then it will go far.

Secondly it is fun tackling other players because you can train hard and stop them from scoring.

Thirdly because you can score tries and jump to celebrate.

I think a trumpet is the best musical instrument and I’m going to tell you why.

The first reason is that you get to learn lots of notes and it is a lot of fun.

The second reason is that sometimes you get to play a game on your trumpet with your teacher.

The last reason is that if you get really good you can join a band and travel lots  of places.

Now I’m telling you people please, please, please play the trumpet.

I think my dog Milly is the best pet and I’m going to tell you why.

The best thing about my dog is that she is trained. She’s very clever and shakes her paw when I tell her. She also sits and lies down when I tell her too. 

When I play with her she is too fast for me , I never catch her. But its still fun.

That’s why my dog Milly is the best pet in the world.

I think you should all get  one too.

I Think Ponies Are The Best Pets                                                  Evie McDonald

I think ponies are the best pets and I’m going to tell you why.

Firstly because you can ride them all day. I know how too steer the reins. You can go up and down, fast and slow.

Secondly they are friendly  because they whinny and nudge you with their nose. You don’t get bucked off.

Thirdly they can be friends with other ponies. If you have a friend with a pony you can ride together. They sniff one another to get to know each other.

You should get a pony because they are fun.

I think cats are the best pets and I’m going to tell you why.

Firstly because you can play with them. You can play Hide and Go Seek and you can hold a piece of fabric that they can chase.

Secondly when you go out they don’t make a mess. They can also hunt.

Thirdly you can cuddle them and when they are by the fire they are warm.

So come on people go and get yourself a cat immediately!!
